Lindsey and her team at Vale Royal are totally professional, proficient and always pleasant. You would be hard pressed to find more attentive, supportive, sympathetic, and helpful people to help you through a bereavement. The facilities are excellent and the gardens just get better and better as they mature. I have conducted many services at Vale Royal and it remains my favourite venue for helping my clients say goodbye to their loved ones.

I conducted my first funeral ceremony at Vale Royal Crematorium on Monday this week and I just wanted to write and let you know how impressed I was with the new facilities there. The stillness and tranquillity of the surroundings brings a sense of peace and calm; the chapel is contemporary and beautiful and the staff are excellent – very professional, caring and warm people who really do care about the service they provide. The waiting room, toilet facilities and undercover areas at the entrance and exit are exactly what is required and the chapel also has a screen on which you can play a video or slideshow of photographs of your loved one if you wish.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Vale Royal Crematorium to people and I believe that it will become a very popular choice in the very near future.

This morning I attended the funeral service of Tim Cross at your new Crematorium. I have to say how impressed I was, great design, lovely building and when the landscaping is completed it will be such a peaceful place......I was quite surprised that I was unable to see or hardly hear the traffic passing on the A556 despite it being so close.
As a resident of Rudheath, I am more than happy to have the facility as a 'neighbour' and cannot for the life of me understand what all the criticism and objection was all about.

All of our services have gone very smoothly, the bookings, forms etc. have all been handled with no problems and the feedback from ministers and families has all been very positive!! I`ve already had people changing their `pre-paid funeral plans` to Vale Royal from Altrincham, too!!

My late wife Linda Joan Medland was cremated at the new Vale Royal Crematorium on the 21st August at 10:45 aged seventy years. She had suffered in pain and agony in the last four weeks of her life. Till the MacMillan Nurses increased her morphine to send her to sleep. She died in rest and peaceful.
The service provided by my funeral directors George Bell Funeral Services, 49 Birches Lane, Lostock Gralam, Northwich, Cheshire was of the highest standard.
I would like to thank you and your company for providing the Vale Royal Crematorium in our local area. It is a credit to the local town of Northwich.
The services offered by the crematorium were of the highest standard and could not be faulted. What was a sad day was made easier by the services offered by your company and George Bell Funeral Services.
The crematorium is beautifully landscaped with the surrounding trees giving a peaceful atmosphere to the proceedings that take place.
Please accept my thanks for making that day for me, my family, friends and neighbours a day to be remembered.
In the unlikely event that you feel that we haven't fulfilled your expectations please use the following complaints procedure.
Always complain 'on the spot' if you have the opportunity. If you cannot do this yourself, you may be able to use your minister/officient or funeral director as your advocate. If you fail to obtain a satisfactory response, move to the next stage.
Contact the Crematorium Manager, by telephone or write to him/her at our office. He/she will respond to any official complaint in writing within three working days.
